Learning Support Assistant (LSA) preferably with SEN Experience - Secondary (UK)

Join our inclusive school community as a Learning Support Assistant with a focus on SEN support. We are seeking an experienced LSA who is passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed in their studies.

Role Overview:

Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Work with SEN students across a range of abilities and needs
Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning strategiesRequirements:

Proven experience as an LSA with SEN knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
