Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Salary: £13.70 per hour + £60 per sleep-in

Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join their 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) service in Burton-on-Trent. If you're experienced in supporting children and young people and are ready for a senior role, this is a great opportunity to lead by example and provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise the day-to-day care of young people in the home

* Support junior staff in implementing care plans tailored to individual needs

* Promote positive behaviours and support the emotional and physical well-being of young people

* Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to ensure 24-hour care

Shift Pattern:

* Rolling rota of 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)

* Shifts operate between 9:30 am and 11:00 pm

Requirements:

* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence

* Experience in a residential care setting, with strong leadership skills
