Responsibilities in your new role as Customer Service Representative
In your new role, you will be essential in driving customer engagement by following up on marketing mail-shots, reaching out to potential customers via phone, and effectively following up on leads to ensure they get to the appropriate department. You will handle a high volume of calls and perform all administration duties as required, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone who can confidently engage in conversation regarding client’s products and who has previous customer service experience. You should be able to multitask effectively, especially when working through a backlog of tasks. Being IT literate is essential, as you will be using various tools and systems in this role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent service, we want to hear from you.
