Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of students in Primary, Secondary, or Special Schools, ensuring engagement and motivation across different age groups and abilities.

* Quickly adapt to new school environments, maintaining continuity in students' learning experiences.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

* Collaborate with teaching staff and school leaders to support each school’s educational goals.

Types of Roles:

* Day-to-Day Cover: Flexible roles that fit your schedule and preferences.

* Short Term (Up to 4 weeks): Opportunities offering stability for a set period, with a chance to make a meaningful impact.

* Long Term (4+ weeks): Extended placements providing continuity and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with students.

* Permanent Roles: Be employed directly by the School or Academy.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience teaching in Primary, Secondary, or Special Schools is advantageous.

* SEN experience, even in a mainstream setting, is highly desirable.

* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and settings.

* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
