Goodman Masson are working with a international Think Tank to recruit for a Senior Finance Business Partner.

You will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, whilst leading on partnering with programme managers across the organisation.

It is essential that you have strong Business Partnering experience within a donor funded environment.

Day to Day duties include:

Support the programmes team with financial proposals and financial reporting relating to donor funds
Produce, communicate and deliver robust financial plans programmes
Lead on the provision of financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision making
Review and approve donor financial reports
Ensure financial management information is presented in an accessible way
Lead on the production of the programme level management accountsEssentials:

CIMA, ACA OR ACCA Qualified Accountant or equivalent
Donor reporting experience/experience working within a donor funded environment
Strong Business Partnering experience
Process improvement and streamlining experience
Ability to communicate with and provide advice to non finance stakeholdersSalary is up to £60,000 + 14.5% employer pension contributions.
