As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the HGV sector, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles within the industry. This role requires a strong sales aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive results. You will play a crucial role in growing their client base and building lasting relationships within the HGV sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the HGV sector.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service.
Drive sales through proactive business development and client management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and industry standards.
Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the HGV/Logistics sector.
Strong sales skills and a proactive approach to business development.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
A valid UK driving license is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What they offer:
Competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Commission structure to reward your hard work and success (Uncapped)
