Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Multiple Locations, Central London​
Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum​
Hours: Monday - Friday​

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.​

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.​

Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of electrical systems.​

Adhere to health and safety regulations.​

Maintain accurate maintenance records.​

Collaborate with site management and other engineers.

Fire Alarm testing

Emergency Lighting Testing ​

Inspection of Electrical Panels

Requirements:

City & Guilds/NVQ certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.​

Experience in building services maintenance within commercial environments
