Role Overview:
As a Senior Digital Product/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of their digital projects. Your responsibilities will be divided into three key areas:
Product Management (50%): Overseeing the product life-cycle from conecption to launch, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market trends.
Project Management (30%): Leading project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
Client Engagement (20%): Acting as the bridge between our technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Project Scoping & Roadmapping: Define project scope, create detailed roadmaps, and manage project backlogs.
KPI Management: Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators to ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consult on available solutions and drive project success.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure their expectations are met.
Digital Services Expertise: Apply your knowledge of digital services, including SEO and hosting, to enhance project outcomes.
Project Management Tools: Utilise tools such as Jira for efficient project tracking and management.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience within a design and build agency.
Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of website design, build, and performance using CMS/EComm platforms including Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Umbraco, and Optimizely.
Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital services and how they integrate into project delivery.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
