Cover Supervisor

Location: Boston
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100 - £140 per day
Contract: Full Time

GSL Education Lincolnshire is actively looking for confident and capable Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Boston. This role is ideal for those with excellent classroom management skills who are eager to contribute to student success.

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students remain engaged and follow the set work.
Maintain classroom discipline and support students' learning.
Step in to manage a variety of subjects and age groups as needed.
Requirements:

Prior experience working with young people is advantageous but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
