Home Improvements Sales Representative
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)
Salary: £75,000-£100,000 DOE, per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday
A full driving licence is essential for this role.

• Initial Pay Package: Basic pay + travel expenses for the first 4 weeks,
• Competitive Commission Structure: After 4 weeks, earn 3.5% -5% commission on every project sold (higher than the industry average of 2.5%), travel expenses are still covered,

Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Home Improvements Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of home extensions and conversions to join our growing team.
If you have a proven track record in selling bespoke extension and conversion projects and thrive in a consultative sales environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consultation Appointments: Attend customer appointments to assess their requirements, survey the property, and provide accurate, tailored quotations.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to drive sales. Highlight unique selling points such as our 0% financeoffering during consultations.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activity to help optimise conversion rates.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the home improvement sector focusing on extensions and conversions
• Excellent consultative sales abilities
• A full driving licence is essential for this role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
