Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,366 - £29,295
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a track record of delivering great customer service to work within our Property Services Team.
In this full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers within our housing services, delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other platforms, as well as face-to-face, ensuring the needs of both internal and external customers are met with care and professionalism. You will diagnose customers’ issues, providing accurate support and advice to help them resolve a problem, get the help they need or assess their risks.

- Good organisational skills
- Good IT skills (MS office to basic level)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels
- A creative approach to problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly during and outside of standard office hours
