Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £33,000

Job Description:

* Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for various projects.

* Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.

* Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

* Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

* Assist in the development and implementation of BIM strategies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in BIM coordination.

* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
