Salary Package / Benefits:

* Competitive Annual Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

* Based near Worthing / Littlehampton

Essential Skills / Experience:

* Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing experience

* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in a similar environment

* Associates degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) plus 7+ years’ experience in a high-tech engineering environment

Key Responsibilities:

You will be pivotal in planning, leading, and executing engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally to meet project schedules and ensure successful project completion from inception to conclusion. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, which can exceed $1 million, and coordinating efforts across various functional departments and senior management.

* Manage multiple concurrent product development and sustaining projects.

* Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to local and global teams, including contractors.

* Set goals and objectives for direct reports and assess performance.
