Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
✅ Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth operations.
✅ Ensure all work is completed to high quality, health & safety, and compliance standards.
✅ Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
✅ Maintain project timelines and budgets while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Construction Manager on commercial builds.
✔ Background working with Tier 1 or leading main contractors.
✔ Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, contract management, and site logistics.
✔ SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification required.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
