MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are seeking a skilled Bodyshop Manager to manage the day-to-day operation across the site in Preston

As a Bodyshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for managing a site and ensuring a seamless process

As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Motivate and manage a team of skilled professionals, from the workshop staff, administrative staff, Vehicle Drivers / Valeting Operatives. Ensure to have regular meetings to push monthly performance targets and deliver outstanding results

* Ensure / motivate timely and high-quality completion of repairs

* Monitor and manage supplies and materials to support daily operations

* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols

* You will be providing support to other team members / colleagues and be answering calls

* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

* Reporting into the directors

As a Bodyshop Manager, you will have:

* Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager running an accident repair centre

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques (Essential)

* Proficiency of Auto Flow and Audatex Management systems (Essential)
