About the Role: As a Panel Builder/ Panel wirer you will play a crucial role in the assembly, wiring, testing, and packing of electrical control panels. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities for the panel builder / panel wirer:

Assemble and wire control panels according to wiring diagrams.
Select and mount electrical components.
Test and quality-check completed panels.
Troubleshoot electrical and manufacturing issues.
Program PLCs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in team discussions to improve quality and standards. As the Panel Builder / Panel Wirer we would like you to have:

GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science.
BTEC or NVQ in an Engineering discipline.
Experience in electrical panel assembly.
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills.
