Red Recruitment is recruiting an Office Manager in Fareham, on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. This role sits within a fast-paced, friendly team, you should have a proactive, can-do attitude and be comfortable with a dynamic to-do list.
This role will be to oversee the day-to-day management of the building and its facilities, the safety and security of staff, purchasing and reconciliation to ensure the businesses within run smoothly and support of a secondary site for the benefit of the tenants.
This is a full-time position, the salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Managing the building and its facilities to ensure maintenance is upheld

Organising the insurance policies to ensure sufficient coverage for all occupants
Overseeing the procurement of sundries, stationery, furniture and ad-hoc assets as requiredKey Skills and Experience of an Office Manager:
Previous office management experience preferably within a fast-paced business organisation is required
You should have people management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required
You should have keen problem-solving skills
