We are looking for a Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer with a proven background in sales and business development. You'll be managing 2 business development staff. 
 
The successful Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer can come from any call centre / phone-based background with previous team leader experience.

Package
£28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience

Role
Office based business development position with the opportunity to visit clients if needed.
Business development and account management.
Telemarketing and business development
Team leading - 2 staff
Development of lapsed and existing accounts.
Able to follow, plan and execute both branch and nationwide sales strategies.
Commutable to Gateshead. 

Requirements
Experience as a Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer or similar.
Previous experience working within a call centre or phone-based role and willing to make calls.
Leadership experience 
Must be commutable to office in Gateshead
