A tier 1 main contractor in Hertfordshire are looking to expand their construction team and are currently recruiting for an Architectural Revit Technician on a long term contract basis.

This position will be on going for a minimum of 6 - 12 months, with a view to extend depending on secured projects within the group.

As an Architectural Revit Technician within the construction team, you will be responsible for assisting the Architect and Senior Architect on projects ranging up to £150 million from inception to completion and handover, reporting into the Lead Architect. To apply for this position, you will need to have had experience in taking design from inception to hand over. You will be expected to be involved from stage 3 to 5.

Qualifications:

Must have revit experience Key Requirements:

Highly proficient with Revit
Understanding planning, building control, and CDM regulations.
Have worked with JCT and NEC forms
