If so, this Payroll Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise, tackle new challenges, and contribute to upcoming payroll projects.

Why This Role?

This is not your standard payroll processing role. Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end outsourced payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple pay scales.
Maintain payroll records, input changes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, answering payroll-related queries from employees and third parties.
Identify areas for streamlining payroll operations and contribute to efficiency projects.
Ensure payroll aligns with HMRC requirements, pension schemes, and company policies.
Project Support: Work closely with other team members on upcoming payroll transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in payroll administration
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex pay structures.
A proactive mindset-someone who wants to learn and grow within payroll.
Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
Knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, pensions, and statutory deductions.

Why Join?

A structured career path with opportunities for progression and continued development
Exposure to a varied and challenging payroll environment.
The chance to work on payroll transformation projects and process improvements.
A supportive and collaborative team, invested in your professional development.

If you're ready to take on new challenges, develop your payroll expertise, and grow within a dynamic team - Apply today and take the next step in your payroll career.
