Job Description

We are currently seeking a Transport Loss Prevention Manager to join our Transport Compliance and Governance department.
This role can be based from any of our Morrison’s/Stobarts sites: 

Bellshill,
Stockton on tees,
Wakefield,
Gadbrook (Northwich)
Burton Latimer (Kettering)
Sittingbourne
Willow Green (Bridgwater)
Swan Valley (Northampton)As Loss Prevention Manager you will identify, investigate and prevent loss of Stobart and Stobart customer assets including theft, fraud, shrinkage, and other security risks. To develop and implement loss prevention policies, procedures, and processes. Conduct investigations, analyse data, create reports, and recommend corrective action to protect Stobart and reduce reputational risk.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a market leader.

Job responsibilities of Loss Prevention Manager include:

Plan and implement loss prevention strategies.
Monitor and evaluate security protocols.
Conduct both covert and overt investigations into security breaches.
Develop security policies, procedures, and processes.
Analyse data across operational systems to identity anomalies and potential security risks.
Liaise with IT to develop / enhance existing systems to improve visibility of security risks.
Oversee and monitor all customer shrinkage claims.
Produce monthly Stobart security governance KPI’s.
 Support Operational teams with security related concerns.
Liaise with customer shrink and security teams to maintain Stobart’s operational integrity.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and sub-contractors to ensure Stobart security standards are maintained.
Support an effective transport governance and review processes at all levels of our business.
Interface with the legal team to validate any formal correspondence to the authorities.
Interface with the central training team to develop tailored security training.
Collaborate with the Operations directors and General Managers to share best practice.
