Our client is seeking an empathetic leader to assist the Manager and Deputy in overseeing the operations of the residence around Worthing. This responsibility includes supervising staff, managing budgets, allocating resources, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the welfare of the adults in the homes.

Successful Candidates:
