HR & Payroll Administrator

Location: North Bristol

Position: Full Time, Permanent   

Salary: Up to £28,000

Autograph Recruitment is always delighted to be working alongside a growing Accountancy Practice. We are looking to recruit a dedicated, and highly organised HR & Payroll Administrator.  Our client is a well established, award winning family run business based in North Bristol (easy access from A38, M5 and M4) and free car parking. 

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing employee data and payroll processing to supporting HR initiatives. The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified, with HR and Payroll experience.

Responsibilities of HR & Payroll Administrator:

Accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responding to employee payroll enquiries and resolving issues.

Managing employee data, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.

Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Providing administrative support for HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, training, and employee relations.

Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR and payroll administration

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficiency in HR and payroll software

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
