Notional Sales Manager - Nationwide - Up To £60,000 OTE + Company Car

We are seeking a resolute and motivated National Sales Manager to join out client who are animal feed specialists. This role will involve travel 3 days a week and remote working. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business development and account management efforts, contributing to the company's growth while maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage warm clients and leads, ensuring efficient scheduling and travel arrangements to meet client needs.

* Build and nurture strong relationships, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored product solutions.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Agricultural sector, utilising market knowledge to expand the company's customer base.

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product offerings, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

* Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions and negotiating terms to secure sales.

* Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing any concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering long-term partnerships.

* Undertake extensive travel across the assigned territory, including overnight stays as required to ensure client needs are met effectively.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and travel-related expenses, providing timely reports to management.

* Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from the field, contributing to product development strategies and marketing initiatives.

* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the achievement of company revenue goals.

* Stay updated on industry advancements, attending relevant workshops, training, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and experience

* Feed sales experience.

* Ruminant nutrition experience

* Regional role experience

Salary And Benefits

* £40000-£45000 basic salary DOE

* Up To £15k - £20k Bonus

* Company Car
