I'm working with an established civil engineering contractor who work across Scotland, the contractor is recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a large civil engineering project near Inverness.

The right Site Engineer for this business will be someone who's worked for a large sub-contractor on a civil engineering project, they could have experience in working on RC structures, groundworks, earthworks or infrastructure projects.

Some of the responsibilities of the Site Engineer include;

Setting out for project
Interpret and execute from construction drawings
Check drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
Supervise contractors and subcontractors
Keep accurate site records and site diaries
Liaise with customers and clients to ensure projects are completed within specification
Promote quality, health and safety and environmental standards on site
Other Site Engineer related activities As a Site Engineer you'll have;

Relevant HND/Degree in a Construction/Civil Engineering field
Experience on working on civil engineering, RC structures, groundworks projects
Track record of working on similar projects listed above
A background in any civil engineering discipline
Excellent communication skills
