Electrical Project Manager (London)

Location: Primarily London, with weekly meetings in the Maidenhead office

Position: Electrical Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £70k - £75k + company performance bonus of up to 15%

Project Manager to lead quick turnaround projects - CAT A/B office fit outs (8-12 weeks).

Small Power, Lighting Control, Mains Distribution, Containment. – Project value £300k - £3m.

Responsibilities:

* Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Keep everything on track – on time, on budget, and up to code.

* Client Management: Be the go-to for our clients. Keep them updated, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction from start to finish.

* Team Leadership: Lead project teams with confidence. Work closely with internal departments to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

* Quality & Safety Control: Make sure all projects meet our high standards for quality and safety. Handle site inspections and resolve any issues fast.

* Financial Oversight: Control project costs, manage budgets, and look for cost-saving opportunities. Keep financial reporting accurate and on point.

* Documentation: Keep all project documentation up-to-date and ensure smooth handover at project completion.

Requirements:

* Experience: 3+ years managing large-scale electrical projects with proven success.

* Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.

* Leadership: Excellent at leading teams, managing multiple projects, and communicating clearly.

* Problem-Solver: You thrive on solving challenges and have great attention to detail.

* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management software and tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Relevant electrical qualifications (2391 or equivalent)

* Completed electrical apprenticeship

* PMP or similar project management certification
