Progressive law firm located in London are currently recruiting a full time Paralegal within their Private Family law team.

Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years experience within Private Family law is essential.

**This is for a September 2024 start**

Experience to include:

* Assisting the Solicitor with their caseload to include HNW Divorce, financial matters, private children matters and separation matters

* Preparing bundles

* Drafting of correspondence and legal documents

* Liaising with clients, Court and other solicitors

* Drafting documents such as divorce applications, Form E’s and C100’s etc

* Dealing with telephone enquiries

* Undertaking some legal research

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 1 years Family law paralegal experience

* Good legal experience and qualifications

* Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for the post

* LPC completed

* Law degree of 2:1 or above

Salary is dependent on experience and a flexible/hybrid working arrangement will happily be discussed.
