Care Supervisor – Home Care Services
Location: Harrow
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

AYG Care is recruiting on behalf of a reputable home care provider for the role of Care Supervisor. This position is based in Harrow and plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive excellent quality care and support to help them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Registered Manager and Lead Supervisor with the efficient running of a designated area.

* Supervise and support care assistants, ensuring care is tailored to meet each customer’s individual needs.

* Work closely with customers and their families to create personalized care plans that respect their dignity and preferences.

* Manage care staff schedules, conduct quality reviews, and oversee the matching of care assistants to customers.

* Handle administrative duties such as risk assessments, care plans, and MAR chart distribution.

* Participate in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota as needed.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies.

What We’re Looking For:

* Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a strong understanding of home care needs.

* Experience in managing or supervising care services and working with care staff.

* Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership style.

* Ability to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality care services.

* Relevant social care qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.

* A full driver’s license with Class 1 business insurance.

Additional Information:

* This role requires enhanced DBS clearance.

* Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
