Our client who are a Global Leader within their industry, are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service Administration Team.

Collections Advisor Duties & Responsibilities

* Process customer orders received by phone or email, accurately entering them into SAP system, creating order acknowledgments, invoices, and delivery notes

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries by phone and email

* Work closely with the sales team to address and resolve customer questions

* Update and maintain customer order records

* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment

Collections Advisor Skills & Experience

* A minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service or sales office role

* Familiarity with SAP preferred but not essential

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
