Our client is a leading company in the asphalt and concrete industry and they are looking for a production operative to work in Rugby on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities -

* Operate the factory in a safe and environmentally efficient manner in accordance with company procedures and policies.

* Ensure efficient cost operation and production of admixtures.

* Unload and load curtain sided trailers using a telehandler FLT.

* Package admixtures into relevant containers.

* Factory production testing.

* Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

Skills Required:

* Experience in meeting safety, environmental and quality standards.

* Experience in using IT. SAP knowledge desirable.

* Knowledge and experience of handling chemicals.

* Able to work under pressure.

* Good communication skills and telephone manners.

* Relevant industrial operations background.

* Working alone or as part of a team.

* Telehandler FLT license desirable.
