About Our Client:

A residential developer who typically deliver large family homes. Often detached or semi-detached, these are developments sub 20 dwellings.

The Role:

A Materials Buyer is required to cover sickness, expected to be a minimum of 2 weeks but a maximum of 4. You will need to have experience working for a Developer in a similar role.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Worked as a Buyer for a residential developer

* The ability to start work no later than Monday 23rd September
