Contracts Manager – Industrial/Warehouse - Stevenage

Our client are a Commercial Contractor who have sites across the the London & surrounding Areas. They are looking for a strong Contracts Manager to work on their projects.

The Role

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee 3-5 refurbishment schemes simultaneously, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for both commercial and project management aspects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

* Managing all aspects of the contract, from tender stage to final handover.

* Leading site meetings with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain.

* Enforcing quality control, issuing improvement notices where necessary.

* Providing clear and constructive feedback to subcontractors and internal teams.

* Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Collaborating closely with internal teams to drive company success.

About You

* Degree or equivalent high-level training in construction or a related field.

* 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on refurbishment.

* Based locally to our Stevenage office and able to work office-based full-time.

* Strong-willed, confident, and able to resolve issues at site and client level. Empowering personality who can embrace and influence our values.
