Legal Assistant – Residential Property

An exciting opportunity has become available for a residential property legal assistant to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking law firm in their SE London/Kent Borders office.

This role will be to support a fee earner in the residential conveyancing team.

The role will include:

* Assisting the fee earner with administration

* Liaising with other team members

* Actioning documents required for the conveyancing process.

* Contacting relevant organisations in the conveyancing process

* Responding to clients giving regular updates

You will be:

* A legal assistant/paralegal

* Good knowledge of residential property work

* Organised and efficient

* Be customer focused.

* Have clear and concise communication skills.

* Motivated and enthusiastic

This role offers the support of a great two office firm, ongoing training, and progression.
