My client is looking for a Change Manager to join their Change team to support end to end project delivery in response to changes across the business.
To be considered for this role, you must have :
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent Time management skills
Experience of delivering change within complex environments.
Ability to drive an effective communications plan.
Self-motivated, organised and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Change Management qualifications (E.g PROSCI)
People-focused change experience within a business-transformation programme.
Ideally Legal Services Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver full end to end projects activities with strong attention to detail.
Build, maintain and deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal and external communications through a clearly-defined, detailed communications plan that aligns to the overall programme plan.
Ensure business readiness through clear communication and clear, regular articulation of the business benefits of the project/ programmes.
A strong understanding of how people go through a change and change processes
Ability to build credibility quickly.
