South57 Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment / Sales Coordinator to join their
Dynamic Industrial and Driving Teams in Dunstable.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and administration skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The day to day duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
· Sales and Business Development
· Sourcing candidates and managing job applications
· Interviewing and screening new candidates
· Updating the database system
· Data entry
· Supporting the Recruitment Consultants with bookings and account management
· General administration duties
· Calling clients to check in workers
· Professional telephone manner
· Strong administration skills
· Working out of hours call when required
· Weekends required on a rota basis
Polish or Romanian speaking would be an advantage but not essential
