A great opportunity has arisen for a CAD Engineer to join a worldclass bespoke manufacturing company who provide solutions to a variety of industries including Retail, Industrial and Construction.

Job Description:

Producing detailed manufacturing fabrication drawings for project designs working from site surveys within the required timescales.
Liaising with the sales team, architects, customers and suppliers throughout the design and installation process.
Producing material, component & bolt lists for procurement.
Aiding the manufacturing and site installation team to fully understand the fabrication drawings and answer queries as they arise.
Attending site to undertake site surveys when required.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

2D & 3D AutoCAD
Experience with metalwork and various components
Autodesk Inventor (would be advantageous but not essential)
REVIT Family Generation and Modification (would be advantageous but not essential)
Experienced in mechanical and engineering practices
Driving licenceAdditional Details:

Hours of work - 39 per week: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm & Friday 8:30am - 4pm.
Salary up to £35,000 DOE
7% company pension contribution (employee non-contributory pension scheme)
Annual Company-wide tax-free Employee Ownership Bonus scheme (non-guaranteed, however this has been £3,600 per year for the last 3 years, and a record £6,500 for 2023/24)
Enhanced holidays package comprising; 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) plus an additional Birthday holiday.
Extra Two half days holidays are given on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve
