ISQ Recruitment is looking for an Operational Systems Coordinator (OSC) to support IT-related tasks within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver with experience in SAP EWM and IT troubleshooting to contribute to efficient system operations and process improvements.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide first-line IT maintenance and resolve technical issues for warehouse and operational systems.
Control Board Management – Investigate SAP errors, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure smooth system functionality.
SAP EWM & ECC Maintenance – Oversee data execution, configuration, and master data accuracy to support operational efficiency.
Hardware & Software Management – Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop applications and hardware.
Inventory & Repairs – Manage site IT inventory, organise repairs, and track maintenance logs.
Incident Reporting – Document IT downtime, analyse root causes, and support post-resolution follow-ups.
System Upgrades & Testing – Assist with software updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new system enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to optimise IT systems and processes. What We’re Looking For:

Experience with SAP EWM and warehouse management systems.
IT troubleshooting skills – Basic to moderate knowledge of system repairs and technical issue resolution.
Strong communication skills – Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
PC & Application Experience – Hands-on experience with PC repairs, software installation, and general IT maintenance.
Familiarity with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Self-motivated and proactive – Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Why Join?
