About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Call Centre Administrator to join our client's growing team in Southend. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly, effectively, and with exceptional service. You will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, processing requests, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and providing first-class customer service
Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism
Managing and updating customer records in the database
Ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary
Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all timesRequirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive approach to customer service and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Strong IT skills, including familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
