I'm looking for a Plumber Multi Trade for works installing new bathrooms into social housing properties around Birmingham and Wolverhampton. This is an ongoing contract for up to two years,

The Plumber Multi Trade will be expected to:

Rip out existing bathrooms
replace "like-for-like" bathrooms suites
Installations of Showers, Baths, Basins and WCs
Flat lay vinyl floor
Tile and Patch Plaster
Decorate
Ideally, I'm looking to speak to Plumber Multi Trade that:

Have their own tools and transport
Have experience working within social housing, ideally on kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes
Hold a valid CSCS Card
In return, the successful Plumber Multi Trade will receive:

£21-£22 per hour
A long term self-employed contract
Mileage expenses
