This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals experienced in severe SEN settings, particularly those proficient in supporting primary school children with mild to severe Autism (both verbal and non-verbal) and other physical disabilities.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students, helping them thrive in their educational journey. Your expertise in SEN will be invaluable as you work closely with our dedicated team to create an inclusive and nurturing environment. Daily Duties:
- Support students with Autism and other physical disabilities in their daily activities, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans and strategies to promote academic and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize communication methods such as PECS, Phonics, and Makaton to enhance students' understanding and expression.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in SEN education.
