We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a global company at their Swindon offices.
You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and processing orders, and will have full responsibility for the order process from start to finish. Duties include:
Handling customer enquiries within agreed time frames
Providing pricing information, technical specifications and other product details
Preparing quotations accurately and promptly, ensuring to maximise margins
Processing orders
Ensuring that documentation complies with export policies
Ensuring timely delivery of goods, managing any issues that arise
Recommending new products where applicable
Maintaining strong working relationships with key clients
Prior experience of order processing is essential.
