About the Role

As an AWS Connect Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing an Amazon Connect cloud-based solution across multiple business units. You will act as a technical SME, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of AWS services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of an Amazon Connect solution.

* Act as a technical consultant, advising on best practices for AWS service integration.

* Ensure seamless interconnectivity between services within Amazon Connect.

* Oversee development and integration, utilizing AWS Lambda, Python, and JSON.

* Design software solutions, cloud architectures, and algorithms for a production environment.

* Collaborate with Scrum teams, supporting timely project delivery.

* Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into user stories.

Key Skills & Experience

* 3-4 years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience, including architecture, design, and development.

* 2+ years experience integrating Amazon Connect with Python, Lambda, and JSON.

* Strong knowledge of modern DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, Docker).

* Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.

* 10+ years of overall experience in IT and cloud solutions
