Are you an experienced Department Manager with experience in projects installations? Our client is seeking a Projects Installation Department Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis in Lichfield.
* Salary: Competitive
* Monday to Friday: 40 Hours Per Week

The Role:
As a Projects Installation Department Manager, you will:
* Manage the Supply & Fix operation daily, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
* Lead a team of project managers, planning coordinators, and installation engineers.
* Drive staffing plans, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
* Prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Liaise with internal departments and customers to meet service expectations.
The Candidate:
The ideal Projects Installation Department Manager will have:
* Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
* Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours.
