A leading construction company in Scotland is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join their dynamic team. Ideally based in Perth, the successful candidate would be required to work from the office ideally four days a week. In this role, you will manage a talented team of two Senior Architectural Technicians, guiding them in the design and delivery of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing architectural design and technical aspects of new-build developments.

* Managing the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

* Leading and mentoring the architectural team, ensuring that designs meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements.

* Collaborating closely with the construction and sales teams to deliver cohesive projects.

* Ensuring all planning permissions and building regulations are met on time.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary on offer for the Architectural Manager role is £50,000-£55,000, depending on experience. Additionally, the company provides an annual bonus in July, which is performance-dependent.
