TITLE: Sales office Administrator

Salary: £12.50-£14.00 per hour equivalent + bonus

Hours: 35 hours per week Mon to Fri 9-5 with 1 hour lunch

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a motivated, driven Sales Administrator.

The Opportunity:

A specialist, niche provider in an industry that is growing to match the ongoing needs in the marketplace. This is a new position so you can really go in and make it your own as the sales administrator.

ROLE PROFILE:

* Maintain strong relationships with and be the main contact for a portfolio of customers

* Present solutions to the customers that fit their needs while assuring customer satisfaction

* Speak new and existing customers and offer them your bespoke service

* Manage all inbound enquiries from customers

* Work closely with the existing office manager and cover for when they are off

* Represent the company and create further opportunities

* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and customers

* Lotf of admin duties such as sending invoices, putting together paperwork, using Quickbooks and a MAC

PERSON PROFILE:

* Motivated, proactive and able to work independently, a ‘self-starter’

* Ability to set and complete priorities

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of external businesses and internal staff

* Excellent time management and organisational skills

* A natural relationship builder and someone with bags of initiative

* Work on own as well as in a team, looking for a real “Team Player” who is reliable and outgoing

* Happy using technology, and picks new systems up fast

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

* Proven ability to of speaking to clients and developing business

* Willingness to learn and understand our clients and sell the important service they provide

* Demonstrate an ability to ask the key questions of clients to generate an opportunity to present a solution.

* Must have lots of admin skills and knowledge to lend a hand in all office areas

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

* Driver with own transport
