Job Title: Packing Operative
Location: Thetford
Salary: £14.06 per hour
Shifts: Rotating Day and Night Shifts

Week 1: 60 hours
Week 2: 24 hours About the Role:
A reputable client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Operative to join their team. As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards. The role requires working on a rotating shift pattern, alternating between 60 hours in week 1 and 24 hours in week 2, with both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Package products according to company standards and specifications.
Inspect and verify the quality of products before packing.
Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Operate packing machinery safely and report any issues promptly.
Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements:

Previous experience in a packing or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently on rotating shifts, including nights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of packing machinery and operations.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle packages up to 25 kg. Benefits:
