We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Production manager to join a growing and evolving manufacturing company based in Southampton.

Introduction

Our client are looking for a proven production / manufacturing leader who has a background in successfully improving and streamlining manufacturing processes whilst successfully driving their teams forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Running of the manufacturing teams, increasing productivity through KPI's, training and ensuring a continuous workflow.

* Establishing new manufacturing processes across manufacturing departments

* Improving on-time delivery and production lead times

* Scheduling and production planning

Ideal Skills and Experience

* Strong manufacturing process streamlining background

* Scheduling and production planning

* LEAN

* Six Sigma

* Continuous Improvement

* Strong organisation skills

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
