We're looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Professional Services to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Director to manage a talented team of 10 professionals.

Your role will involve but won't be limited to the below:

Support Head of HR to develop and implement an effective HR strategy.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm's business goals.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people related matters to enhance Firm performance.
You will drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
You will manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development.
Develop firm-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
Deliver client work as required.
Assist with the training of staff - from design to delivery where necessary
