Job Title: 1st / 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Blackburn (BB2)
Work Structure: On site
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE

Passionate about IT and sports? Our client, a leading name in the sports sector are recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into Networking roles if they wish to do so.

You will be supporting the IT infrastructure across a large network including in-person or remote support to staff across the business.

Responsibilities:

To provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Support to all departments
Log and resolve incoming requests
Setup & configure IT equipment including Windows, Mac, mobiles, iPads etc.
To acquire quotes and generate proposals to the IT Manager
Manage the inventory system and stock levels of IT equipment
Work with and help the IT Apprentices with PC and laptop builds
Liaise and work together with the rest of the support teamRequirements:

Active Directory / Group policies
Office 365 & applications
SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
Networking knowledge including routers, switches, VLANS
PC builds and configs
