Madison Reign is looking to grow our fantastic team by adding a vibrant and energetic recruitment resourcer. Someone who has an eye for talent, who can find a needle in a haystack.

The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator, who can easily engage with people at all levels and must be efficient and organised.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

* Being Proactive and able to use initiative

* Providing support for the Recruitment consultant/consultants

* Being first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office

* Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face Interviews

* Advertising and dealing with advert response

* Matching workers requirements to available positions

* Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment

* Assisting with the onboarding process of new candidates
